SPIRIT AND VULNERABILITY: Breaking Through to Authenticity
with Gregg Taylor, of the non-profit Family Services Employee Assistance Programs (FSEAP)
SPIRIT AT LUNCH
Thu, Oct 16, 2014 12:15 PM - 1:30 PM PDT
Breaking Through to Authenticity
Gregg will draw on personal experience and his work in Employee Assistance Programs to explore the concepts of weakness and strength and question if they are mutually exclusive or two sides of the same coin?
Sharing reflections from the chapter he contributed in the book The Thought that Changed My Life Forever and issues relevant to mental health in the workplace, Gregg will challenge us to look inward at our own vulnerabilities and outward on how to create spaces of grace for others.
Questions Gregg will pose:
What areas of your life and relationships could you reveal yourself more fully?
How can we create space for others to be more authentic?
